2. Regularly check the optical path components of the laser welding machine

After the laser welding system has been working continuously for two weeks or stopped for a period of time, before starting the machine, the components in the optical path, such as the YAG rod, dielectric diaphragm and protective mirror, are first checked to ensure that the optical components are free of anomalies such as contamination or mold. 3. Check the conductivity of the circulating water

The purity of the cooling water is the key to ensure the laser output efficiency and the life of the laser cavity element. It is recommended to check the conductivity of the inner circulating water once a week and replace the inner circulating deionized water once a month.

4. Periodically check the quality of the laser beam emitted by the laser

Laser welding machine operators can often check the laser output point with black image paper. If the spot is uneven or the energy drops, the resonator of the laser needs to be adjusted in real time. Fine-tune the spot to ensure the beam quality of the laser output.

5. Other precautions for using laser welding machine:

When replacing the focusing lens, it must be carried out in a dust-free environment;

Turning the nozzle counterclockwise can be easily replaced, and it is important to keep the nozzle clean and in proper use;

Laser welding gun must be clean;

Check lens protectors regularly to ensure they are free of contamination and scratches.
